Whether it’s a small chip, large crack or anything in between, when it comes to superior auto glass repair and replacement, nothing beats the experience and technology offered by Jack’s Glass.
Did you know that your windshield provides up to 60% of the structural integrity of your vehicle? That’s why correct installation is so important. At Jack’s, our technicians use only windshield material and installation practices and procedures that have been approved by Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC).
For any vehicle, quality glass is vital to the replacement process. We use original, factory-model (or better) glass for cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, motor homes and heavy equipment. In addition to windshields, we also offer replacement or repair services for door, back and vent glass, as well as side-view mirrors.
We’re the largest full-service glass company in the tristate that’s AGSC trained and certified. That means our safety, installation and technology standards – as well as our everyday practices – are proudly above the average, so your family stays safe.

We Work with Your Insurer
We know what a hassle insurance claims can be, so we always walk through the process step-by-step with your insurer. Kentucky* has long offered a zero deductible, and many insurers in Ohio and Indiana offer zero deductibles for chip repairs on your windshield as well.
*Kentucky law states that if you have full or comprehensive insurance on your vehicle the deductible on auto glass replacement or repair is waived.
Auto glass repair & replacement FAQs
Q: How do I know if my windshield needs to be repaired or replaced?
A: Stone damage occasionally leaves a small enough dent in your windshield that it may be repairable. However, in the event it cannot be repaired, our installation specialist follow strict standards and procedures so you can be confident your new windshield is safely installed.
Q: What is Jack's Glass capable of fixing?
A: While we are well known for quality in repairing and replacing windshields, we also replace back glass and side window glass. Heavy equipment is also something we specialize in. Whether you drive a semi or operate a backhoe, we know your time is important – we can come to your construction site or machine shop and cut the glass right there so you can be back to work in no time.
Q: Does Jack's Glass use OEM-certified glass when doing replacements?
A: Yes, our auto glass is supplied by two of the largest Original Equipment Manufacturers in the world. We also inspect each piece for clarity and quality prior to installation.
Q: What are my options to have my windshield repaired?
A: The simplest option is for you to schedule an appointment to drop your car off at one of our convenient locations. If that’s not an ideal option, we also provide mobile service, meaning we come to you. But please note, it needs to be dry and above 40 degrees for us to repair your windshield outside.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Currently, we serve the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area out of three locations in Northern Kentucky – Elsmere, Covington and, Dry Ridge. You can find easy-to-follow directions and maps here, or if weather and conditions permit, simply request that we come to your home or place of business.
Q: How does my insurance company get billed for the auto glass services?
A: Jack’s Glass can help facilitate the communication between you and your insurance company. You can even let us handle all the insurance paperwork for you, if you like – we’re happy to do it. Once you schedule service with us, we will confirm your glass coverage and place the claim directly with your insurance company.
Q: What if I don't have full glass coverage?
A: If you don’t have full glass coverage, or if you have a deductible, you may need to pay a portion when you pick up your vehicle.
Q: How experienced are your installers?
A: Jack’s Glass has certified installation technicians with more than 40 years of auto glass experience among them. Even more important, Jack’s installers are some of the best and nicest guys in the business. We’re also the largest glass company in the tristate to be AGSC certified, and the only company presently with the technology and experience to properly re-set and recalibrate driver assistance cameras in your windshield.
